If any one else speaks, yeah, he thinks he's some sort of cool tough guy which is why he talks like this. Also if his grammar is a little messy, it's because it's his (and my) second language. He (we) is (are) doing his (our) best.]

[Ohhhhh, now he understands. He holds up one finger and goes off screen for a moment, coming back with it. He walks his fingers over the strings a few times, and flashes a thumbs-up.]

[He tilts his head to the side and raises his eyebrows, looking down at the instrument and then back up again. No, he's not getting it.]

[He grabs his sitar from off-screen, and he plays. His right hand plays an upbeat ascending melody, while his left is plucking something minor, and descending. The right hand only just barely drowns out the near-dissonant key of the left.]

[He nods slowly, and looks down at the instrument in his hands. Experimentally he delivers a steady stream of low Gs, and then follows into a level cascade of descending notes.

[He nods and, encouraged now, starts to play a grungy sort of late-80s punk bassline. If the look on his face isn't enough, this is probably plenty enough to convey his frustration.]

[This can totally be a conversation. NOT-QUITE-FEELINGS JAM! He responds with a very middle-of-the-road progression of notes. It periodically ascends or descends, but comes right back to the same note. The rhythm is upbeat.]

[His fingers slide over the strings, uncertain for a moment. Then he begins hammering out the low Gs again, starting out soft and gradually picking up the volume.]
